Rung as a tribute to the Builth Wells Mass Vaccination Centre.
The MVC opened on the 12th January 2021 and closed on the 15th June 2022. During that time over 250 staff and volunteers administered approximately 62000 doses of Covid vaccine to residents of Powys. As a result many lives will have been saved and many more people who contracted Covid will have avoided hospitalisation. A total of 16 doses were received by members of the band at this vaccination centre.
