On Monday, August 31st, the local company rang, with the bells half-muffled, the usual whole pull and stand, and several 6-scores of Grandsire Doubles, as a last tribute of respect to the Rev. H. T. Ellacombe, late Rector of Clyst St. George, Devon.
The following took part in the ringing;
