Association of Ringing Teachers — Module 1 Refresher Course - Oxted, Surrey
This half day workshop tutored by Roger Booth at Oxted, Surrey is for people who have already attended an ART Module 1 Day Course and wish to refresh their skills.
Delegates will work with a small group of fellow teachers in the tower on:
Raising a bell, Putting it all together, Ringing down, Observation and feedback
The following components can be slotted in if requested in advance:
Introducing the backstroke on an up bell, Introducing the handstroke, Changing speed of ringing.
The practical sessions will provides plenty of time to practise and develop teaching skills in a safe environment.
