Rung by the local band to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of H M Queen Elizabeth II, for Better Barrow Festival Weekend, and as a 94th birthday compliment for today to Norman Bell, retired Barrow ringer and last surviving band member of the first Peal on the newly augmented eight in 1953.
Rung on the old six after the first attempt on the light ('Colley') six failed in the first extent when the fifth clapper fell out. God Save the Queen!
