The eighth tower of today's Jubilee Relay of Ringing at our local towers as part of the National Jubilee Ringing Day. The ringing started at 2.50pm.
Rung to coincide with a Jubilee Street Party being held locally in the Parish at the Sincil Bank Stadium at the City of Lincoln Football Club, which was being attend by the Right Worshipful the Mayor of Lincoln.
Rung to celebrate 70 glorious years of the reign of our Sovereign Lady Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, Defender of the Faith.
The ringing took on the afternoon of the National Jubilee Service of Thanksgiving at St Paul's Cathedral.
God Save the Queen, Long Live the Queen.
